5. Services Overview

5.1 Role of ClaimSolution.in

We act as an intermediary platform to connect Service Users with Service Providers. We do not:

  • Provide legal, financial, or insurance advice.
  • Guarantee the resolution of grievances.
  • Endorse or verify Service Providers’ qualifications.
5.2 Service Users’ Obligations
  • Provide accurate and complete details about your insurance grievance.
  • Cooperate with Service Providers.
  • Avoid misuse (e.g., fake requests, non-payment).
5.3 Service Providers’ Obligations
  • Act ethically and professionally.
  • Comply with insurance regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Refrain from misleading claims or guarantees of success.

6. Payments and Refunds

6.1 Service Fees
  • Fees (if applicable) will be displayed before confirmation.
  • Payment methods may include credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
6.2 Refund Policy
  • Unauthorized transactions: Report within 48 hours.
  • Technical errors: Duplicate charges or system glitches.
  • Service non-delivery: If a Service Provider fails to deliver agreed-upon services.
6.3 Chargebacks

Disputes must be raised with us before initiating chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks may result in Account suspension.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership
  • ClaimSolution.in Content: All logos, text, graphics, and software are owned or licensed by Claim Solution.
  • User Content: You retain ownership but grant us a license to use it for platform operations.
7.2 Restrictions
  • Do not copy, modify, or distribute Website content without permission.
  • Do not use our trademarks without consent.
  • Do not reverse engineer or exploit the Website.
7.3 Copyright Complaints

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events such as:

  • Technical failures

12. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms + Privacy Policy = full agreement.
  • Severability: Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.
  • Waiver: Not enforcing a clause doesn’t waive it.
